In the world of tabletop gaming, imagination knows no bounds and friendships are forged through epic adventures. Roll Together Foundation has been on a mission to create new opportunities for individuals across the world to create, design & play tabletop games while also aiding those in need. We believe in the power of gaming to bring people together and create unforgettable experiences. We want to express our deepest gratitude to Adventures on Tap for their incredible generosity in supporting our cause. Our current campaign endeavors to create a board game and tabletop library for Girls Inc Sarasota. AOT raised over a thousand dollars in supporting our cause.
Thank you Adventures on Tap. AOT is a Central Florida gaming community built to uplift local businesses, local charities, and local tabletop gamers. They play Dungeons & Dragons in some of the best local Florida breweries to raise money for local charities and cultivate community.Their events are open to all ages and experience levels, to play Dungeons & Dragons as a group!
Their substantial monetary contribution to the Roll Together Foundation will allow us to purchase all of the board games that were requested by the girls at Girls Inc Sarasota, as well as purchase bookcases from Ikea!
We spoke with one of the founding members of Adventures on Tap, Nick Larson, who runs the financial division lead.
Can you tell us about the AOT’s mission and impact? How did you all agree on it?
Nick: Our organization was formed around the idea that we could inject goodness into our community by shopping, playing, and experiencing local. Our mission is a simple one: to do good rather than do well. We gathered a group of like minded individuals that all had a passion for games and outreach and our mission grew organically out of that.

Do you have any advice for other organizations looking to make a positive impact like your own?
Nick: Focus on what is important to you and your staff. Authenticity breeds passion and passion can change the world.
Any upcoming events that you are excited about?
Nick: We have two events each month that support multiple charities around Central Florida. We also have a weekly game night at Deadwords Brewing on Wednesdays if you want to come hang out.
